Arrival and departure
Saturday or by appointment, but not Tuesdays.
Check-in and check-out
The rooms are available from 2 pm onwards.
Check-in until 18.30
Check-in between 18.30 and 20.00 by appointment only
Please note that if you check in after 20:00, dinner is not possible
On the day of departure, the rooms can be used until 10 o'clock.
Late check-out is possible until 14.00 with prior arrangement at an additional cost
Energy cost allowance:
From 3 nights once € 10 per room.
Guest horses
Guest horse: € 25, - per day with food.
Pets
Pets are allowed only on request.
Dogs: € 14, - per day without food. In the studio € 17.- and in the suite: € 24, - per day without food.
Cats: € 11.- per day without food.
Prices
All daily rates are per person in a double room in Euro including VAT.
Single room supplement in low season: € 25,- - in high season: € 35,-
All prices refer to a minimum stay of 3 days.
For stays of less than 3 nights: short-term surcharge per night € 12,-
Flat rates are fixed prices per person in a double room.
Child discounts, if not specified, on request.
The price does not include local tax. (from 15 years: 2.20 euros per person per night).
Equestrian
Equestrian clothing is very functional, but not essential. We only allow riders to hire qualified riders.
The practice of equestrian sports is always at your own risk. A personal accident insurance can be completed on request.
Travel insurance
To save costs, we recommend that you secure yourself. The Hotel Cancellation Plus Insurance offers more than just a cancellation protection!
Reservation
Your reservation is valid from the arrival of the agreed deposit.
Cancellation policy
According to the regulations of the Austrian Hotel Association the following cancellation conditions apply:
Up 30 days before arrival you can cancel free of charge.
15 days before arrival 30% of the travel price.
1 week before arrival 70% of the travel price.
Within the last week before arrival 90% of the travel price.
For early departure 100%.
