Arrangements:

All arrangements are subject to availability at Gut Hanneshof or in the Katharinenhof Sports Pension

Our culinary highlights:

Monday: Italian evening; Wednesday: bbq evening; and Friday: a special Tyrolean dinner (all located in Café Sylvia or the Reiterstüberl).

On the other days, we serve dinner in the Katharinenhof Sports Pension. If you have vegetarian meal preferences, please let us know when you make your initial reservations.

Daily for our guests (except Tuesdays): cake and afternoon snack in Café Sylvia from 2:00-4:00 pm.

Surcharges:

• Double room for a single occupant: € 22.– per day
• Dogs: € 10.– per day without food.
• 1 guest horse: with feed € 18.– per day

Arrival/departure day:

Saturday or by special arrangement. Check-in available as of 2:00 pm. If you will be checking in later than 7:00 pm, please let us know well in advance. On the day of your departure, you must check out by 10:00 am.

For riders:

Equestrian clothing is advisable, however not necessarily a requirement. Only qualified riders may participate in riding excursions. Your riding participation takes place at your own risk. You may procure personal accident insurance by request.

Cancellation policy:

In the case of an early departure, failure to arrive as scheduled, or a last-minute cancellation, 80% of the unused vacation package price will be retained by the hotel (as per Austrian hotel regulations). In the case of cancellation, the down payment will be retained as a processing fee. Our suggestion: do consider investing in travel cancellation insurance.

Rates:

Price per person with a stay of at least 3 days. All rates are listed in euros, including all taxes, and assume accommodation in a double room. All-inclusive package prices are fixed. No spa tax is included in the rates and arrangements for children. Your reservation becomes valid upon our receipt of the down payment.
